LawnPro can make a daily backup of your data that you can download.
Which plans include it: Backups are included on Grow and Plus. On other plans they are a $10/month add-on. Turn it on by clicking Backups in the left menu, then Enable Daily Backups (from a computer, not the app).
Automatic backups: once backups are on, LawnPro makes one backup a day.
Manual backup: click Backups in the left menu, then Backup Now. LawnPro makes at most one backup per day, so if today’s backup already exists, Backup Now won’t make another.
Downloading: each backup is listed by date. Click Download to get a .zip file. Inside are CSV files (one for customers, one for invoices, and so on) that open in Excel or Google Sheets.
What’s included: customers, properties, the schedule, invoices, estimates, payments, expenses, contracts, items and services, equipment, crews, chemicals and chemical applications, documents and time tracking.
Backups are for your records. They can’t be loaded back into LawnPro.
The Backups page is available to the account owner and to employees with access to Settings.
