Give a property a default crew so new visits there are assigned to the right people automatically.
When adding a property: in the Attach a Crew to this Property section, pick the Crew, and optionally the employees and equipment, then save the property.
On an existing property: open the property, find the same section, make your changes and click Save & Reassign Open Events.
What the default crew does:
- When you add a visit and pick this property, LawnPro fills in its crew and employees for you. You can still change them on the visit.
- Save & Reassign Open Events also moves every open visit at this property, including future recurring visits, to the new crew and employees. Completed visits aren’t changed.
