LawnPro App Troubleshooting

If the LawnPro app isn’t working the way you expect, try these steps in order.

  1. Clear the app’s cache. Log out, then tap Clear Cache under the login box and log back in. This fixes most screens that look out of date or won’t load.
  2. Update the app and your phone. Install the latest LawnPro app from the App Store or Google Play, and the latest version of iOS or Android.
  3. Check your connection. The app needs a cell or Wi-Fi connection to load and save your work.
  4. Allow location. If your company uses routing or time tracking, the app asks for your location. If you said no, turn location on for LawnPro in your phone’s settings.
  5. Turn on notifications. To get push notifications, allow notifications for LawnPro in your phone’s settings, then open the app and log in once so LawnPro knows which phone is yours.
  6. Check your permissions. If a menu or page is missing, your account may not have access to it. Ask the account owner to check your permissions under Employees.

Some things are only on the desktop site. For example, QuickBooks Sync, online payment setup, importing data and turning on backups are done from a computer at secure.lawnprosoftware.com.

Still stuck? Contact support and tell us your phone model, what you tapped, and what you saw. A screenshot helps.
