Add New Equipment

Keep track of your trucks and equipment, including what they cost to run and when maintenance is due.

1. Click Resources in the left menu, then Trucks / Equipment.
2. Click New Truck / Equipment.
3. Fill in the details. Name, Cost Per Gallon, MPG and Supplier are required. You can also add the type, model, serial number, status, purchase date and price, how often maintenance is due and what it costs, the crew and employees who use it, notes and a photo.
4. Click Save Truck / Equipment.

Once it’s added, you can pick the equipment when you add, edit or complete a visit, when you record an expense, and when you schedule maintenance.
