Connect Quickbooks

LawnPro syncs your customers, invoices and payments with QuickBooks Online. It doesn’t work with QuickBooks Desktop. QuickBooks Sync is officially supported in the US.

Plans: QuickBooks Sync is included on Plus. On other plans it’s a $29/month add-on. You’ll see an Enable QuickBooks Sync button if you need to add it.

To connect (from a computer, not the app):

1. Click the gear icon in the top right, then QuickBooks Sync in the menu on the left.
2. Click the green Connect to QuickBooks button.
3. Sign in to QuickBooks and approve the connection.
4. Back in LawnPro you’ll see Your QuickBooks account is connected.

Then choose your settings on the same page:

• Sync Direction: Two-Way Sync (the default), One-Way: LawnPro to QuickBooks, or One-Way: QuickBooks to LawnPro.
• Sync Options: turn on Auto-Sync for customers, invoices and payments. Nothing syncs until you turn these on.

If you see a Resume Your QuickBooks Sync message on your dashboard, click Resume to start syncing.

To disconnect QuickBooks, contact support. Canceling the QuickBooks add-on doesn’t disconnect it.
